2. Discount Offer

As a member of our Designer Trade Program, you will enjoy a 15% discount on all regular-priced area rugs available in our store. Please note that this discount does not apply to clearance rugs. If an item is eligible for multiple product discounts, only the largest discount will apply. This means that if there are any ongoing weekly deals or promotions, you will receive the discount that offers the greatest savings.

3. 30-Day Free Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Jakarta Rugs & Carpets. That's why we offer a 30-day free exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it within 30 days of the original purchase date. The exchanged item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and labels attached. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange.
