You can apply online here. Admittance to the Trade Program is contingent upon a complete application.
After your application has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a personal discount code that can be used immediately.
How do I place an order with my Trade Program discount?
Placing an order with your Designer Trade discount is simple! Just log into your account and apply your personal discount code at checkout. Orders and quote requests can also be made via WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response or feedback.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity or order amount necessary to receive your discount.

Are samples available?
Rug samples are available for a fee, and refunds will be issued, per our standard return process, if samples are returned within 30 days. Returns on rug samples are free when qualified for Tier 3 benefits. Please contact us by email (tradeprogram@jakartacarpets.com) or WhatsApp (+62 821 2134 3576) with any sample questions. Some exclusions apply.

How do I retain my tier status?
Designer Trade tiers are evaluated by annual spending from January 1 to December 31, meaning the more you spend, the bigger the benefit. To retain your current status or advance your status, you will need to spend as much or more than you did the year before.
