How long does the entire custom rug process take?
From design to delivery, the process typically takes 8–12 weeks. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the design and your responsiveness during each stage.
Can I choose my own colors, patterns, and materials?
Absolutely. We work closely with you to customize every element—from colors and motifs to materials like wool, viscose, or bamboo silk.
Is there a minimum order size?
Our minimum order typically starts at one piece with a size of 6 sqm. For smaller sizes or multiple rugs, please contact us to explore options.
What happens if I want to revise the design after sampling?
We accept small design revisions after sampling, but color selections are final.
How is pricing determined, and what are the payment terms?
Pricing depends on size, material, and design complexity. We require a 50% down payment to begin production, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
*All bespoke rugs are excluded from promotions that apply to ready-made rugs.
What types of designs work best for hand-tufted rugs?
Designs with clear shapes, bold lines, larger motifs, and strong color blocks work beautifully in hand-tufted rugs. Intricate gradients, tiny florals, or pixel-level details are better suited to machine-made techniques.
When adapting a machine-made rug design to the hand-tufted medium, there will be a slight loss of fidelity/detail.
